While the snow fell outside my window this afternoon I could not help but dream about the spring/summer 2012 collections from various designers and fashion houses. While many caught my eye I must admit that I have fallen head over heels in love with the Swedish brand ACNE’s resort spring/summer 2012 collection!! The collection seems to have incorporated pieces from a variety of style inspirations including edgy, boho, and ladylike. I just absolutely love how the collections mixes the various styles into one complete look. In one look you may find a flowy pant mixed with a crisp white collar while in a second look you see an airy white top paired with an edgy black leather jacket. I hope you enjoy this collection as much as i did (just don’t spend as much time as I did staring at the collection on your computer screen, you may strain and hurt your eyes!!)
Oh! and the beautiful pastel color palette of the collection does not hurt either!
p.s. notice the mint sweater above, if you remember, it was in my current desires list so obviously I died of excitement when I saw it paired with the black leather skirt, however; i personally think the sweater would look sharp with a black leather pant instead 🙂

Fall is by far my favorite season, followed by winter (I know, quite the opposite of most people haha!) I am already counting down the days until the first crisp day of fall and of course checking my favorite shopping sites daily for new fall finds! I am a huge sweater fanatic so naturally I was BEYOND excited to see all of fall’s new chunky and cozy sweaters!!
